Colm "Wolly" Parkinson (born 1978 in Meelick, Portlaoise) is an Irish Gaelic footballer.
Parkinson captained Portlaoise to a Leinster Club title in 2004. The same year he earned the Leinster Club Player of the year and the Laois player of the year for his performances for Portlaoise. In 2009 he transferred to the Parnells club in Dublin. He returned to Portlaoise again in 2011. He is formerly a co-presenter of the Off The Ball sports show on Newstalk, a post he left to become GAA editor of website SportsJOE.ie There he launched a football and hurling podcast show 'The GAA Hour', which goes out four times per week. Parkinson is also a supporter of Everton Football Club. He recently slammed Cork stadium Páirc Uí Chaoimh calling it an 'ego trip', obviously forgetting the size of his own ego.
