Cloud 7 is a 1955 album by Tony Bennett. It was Bennett's first studio album and was issued in both 10" and 12" formats, in the USA as Columbia CL621 and in the UK as Philips BBR8089 - which excluded the track "My Reverie". The material featured the Great American Songbook and presented Bennett in a new way different from his hit parade orientated material of the early nineteen-fifties using a combo of jazz musicians. The album was arranged by the featured guitarist Chuck Wayne and the trumpeter Charles Panely and was recorded between August and December 1954, It was re-issued on Columbia CD 85806-2 in 2004 although it had an earlier Japanese release in 1994. It is disc number 9 of the Complete Tony Bennett Collection issued in 2011.
