Clinton Township is a civil township of Oscoda County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 511 at the 2000 census.
The unincorporated community of Comins is in the township on M-33 at 44°48′18″N 84°03′05″W / 44.80500°N 84.05139°W.Comins Township is adjacent to the south of Clinton Township.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 71.7 square miles (186 km2), of which 70.3 square miles (182 km2) is land and 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2) (1.88%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 511 people, 223 households, and 158 families residing in the township. The population density was 7.3 per square mile (2.8/km²). There were 541 housing units at an average density of 7.7 per square mile (3.0/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.46% White, 0.20% African American, 1.57% Native American, and 0.78% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.17% of the population.
