Clifford David (born June 30, 1938 in Toledo, Ohio) is an American actor. He is recognized for his Broadway, film and television performances.

Clifford David was featured in the principal casts and on the original studio albums of such Broadway musicals as Wildcat with Lucille Ball, 1776 with William Daniels, Alan Jay Lerner's On a Clear Day You Can See Forever and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Other theater credits also include The Aspern Papers, Camino Real with Al Pacino, Joan of Arc with Dorothy McGuire, and Nine with Raul Julia. He appeared in Joseph Papp's production of Hamlet in Central Park and has starred in various regional theater productions.

His feature film credits include The Last Mile (1959), Invitation to a Gunfighter (1964), The Party's Over (1965), Riot (1969), The Betsy (1978), Resurrection (1980), Fort Apache, The Bronx (1981), The Exorcist III (1990), and M. Night Shyamalan's Signs (2002) with Mel Gibson. He also portrayed Beethoven in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989).
