Claudinei dos Santos Oliveira, better known as Claudinei Oliveira (born 29 September 1969 in Santos), is a Brazilian retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper, and a current manager.

Claudinei had a 'journeyman' career, playing for a host of clubs in São Paulo state and anothers.

In 2009, Claudinei began his managerial career as a coach at Santos' U15, leading them to a Campeonato Paulista U15 title. The following year, he was promoted to U17's and won another Campeonato Paulista.

In 2011, Claudinei was promoted again, this time to U20's. He went on to win both Campeonato Paulista (in 2012) and Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior (in 2013).

On 31 May, after Muricy Ramalho's dismissal, Claudinei was appointed Santos manager. His first game in charge was a day later, against Grêmio. His first victory came on 12 June, against Atlético Mineiro.

Claudinei Oliveira, remained in charge of the Santos until the end of the season. He led Santos to 7th place in the league despite being at the club for less than one full season. After being released from his duties, and being replaced by Oswaldo de Oliveira, he signed with Goiás.
