The Seabiscuit Handicap is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually at Del Mar Racetrack in Del Mar, California since 2014. Prior to that, it was known as the Citation Handicap and was held at Hollywood Park Racetrack in Inglewood, California. The event is raced in late November, and is open to horses age three-years-old and up. Contested on turf over a distance of 1 1⁄16 miles, it currently offers a purse of $200,000. It was downgraded from a Grade I race to Grade II for 2010.
The Citation Handicap was canceled in 2005 because of problems with Hollywood Park's turf course. It was run in two divisions in 1983 and 1991. Hollywood Park was closed for horse racing in late 2013.
