Cheryl Ramos-Cosio (better known simply by her maiden name Che Ramos) is a widely acclaimed Filipino character actress closely associated with Philippine New Wave Cinema and best known for her performances in films such as Jerrold Tarog's Mangatyanan and Senior Year, and Brillante Mendoza's Captive.

Ramos-Cosio has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. She is married to fellow actor Chrome Cosio, with whom she has one daughter.
