Charlton Neo is a small American comic publishing company inspired by the Charlton Comics publisher that went defunct in 1986 and reviving a number of titles and characters from the old publisher, such as E-Man, with the talents such as Jim Aparo, John Byrne, Nick Cuti, Steve Ditko, Paul Kupperberg, and Joe Staton. It was spun off from Mort Todd's Comicfix platform where he launched The Charlton Arrow as a fanzine dedicated to Charlton Comics before becoming publisher and editor-in-chief of Charlton Neo. Titles published by Charlton Neo include The Charlton Arrow, Paul Kupperberg's Secret Romances, Steve Ditko's Weird Comics, and Unusual Suspense.
In May 2017, AC Comics announced that they had entered into an agreement to bring print versions of Charlton Neo's comics to the direct sales comic shop market, starting with Charlton Arrow #1 in September.
