Chandpur (চাঁদপুর জেলা) is a district of Bangladesh. It is a part of the Chittagong Division. It was part of greater Comilla District until 1984.
Chandpur is the first district in Bangladesh to implement the District Branding initiative. Chandpur is now known as "ইলিশের বাড়ি চাঁদপুর "-"City of Hilsha". Its logo is designed by internationally recognized famous artist from Chandpur, Mr. Hashem Khan.
