Pol.Gen. Chakthip Chaijinda (Thai: จักรทิพย์ ชัยจินดา; RTGS: Chakthip Chaijinda; born 19 October 1959) is a commissioner-general of the Royal Thai Police.
Chakthip graduated from Vajiravudh College, Royal Police Cadet Academy and study additional for Post Blast Investigation course and FBI courses in FBI Academy, Nevada, USA.
Following the military coup of 22 May 2014, Chakthip was appointed to the National Legislative Council (NLC).
In National Police Policy Committee that held on 14 August 2015, with General Prawit Wongsuwan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense choose Pol.Gen. Chakthip Chaijinda as the 11th Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police replace Pol.Gen. Somyot Poompanmoung that will retire in 30 September 2015.
