Chainat Hornbill Football Club (Thai สโมสรฟุตบอลชัยนาท ฮอร์นบิล) is a Thai professional football club based in Chainat Province. The club currently plays in Thai League 2.
Chainat Hornbill Football Club is a professional football club that founded in 2009 by Anucha Nakasai, a former Thai politician, the club was placed the best management class as a result, have developed rapidly since the first season. The Hornbills owners ranked third place with contributions coming 20 match wins 12 draws 3 and loses 5 keep 39 points in the Regional League Division 2 season of 2009 the first top scorer of the club is Sanogo Abou with 15 goals, and that was a good start for them to retake one of the greatest clubs in the northern part of Thailand. In 2016 the club captured the former Liverpool player Florent Pongolle and he made a great performance with 13 goals become the top scorer of the club in this season but unfortunately, the club was relegated to Thai League 2.
