Cesár Sampson (born 18 August 1983) is an Austrian singer and songwriter. On 5 December 2017, he was announced as the Austrian representative in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. Sampson had previously performed backing vocals for the Bulgarian acts in the 2017 and 2016 contests.
