Sports Night is an American comedy-drama which aired on ABC from September 1998 until May 2000. The show goes behind the scenes at a fictional network sports round-up show, akin to ESPN show Sports Center, and the interactions on and off screen between the eccentric characters.

Dan Rydell (Josh Charles), is the co-anchor of the fictional CSC sports show Sports Night, along with Casey McCall.
