Caroline Johnson (born 1978) is a British Conservative Party politician and consultant paediatrician. She has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Sleaford and North Hykeham since the by-election there on 8 December 2016.
Educated at Gordonstoun, Johnson was selected as the Conservative candidate for this seat on 10 November 2016.
She previously contested Scunthorpe in 2010, coming second to Labour MP Nic Dakin.
She worked at Peterborough City Hospital until her election. She is from Middlesbrough originally and lived in Newark-on-Trent before moving to Sudbrook, Lincolnshire and is married to Nik, a farmer; the couple have two daughters and a son.
