Carlos Molina Rodríguez is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Arecibo. Molina is affiliated with the New Progressive Party (PNP) and has served as mayor since 2013. Before that, Molina served as Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from 2009 to 2011, under Governor Luis Fortuño.
