Carl Johan Michelet (July 25, 1826 - January 30, 1902) was a Norwegian lawyer, civil servant and politician who was a member of the Conservative Party. He was born in Aurskog, where his father was an officer.
He took the Norwegian bar exam in 1849, and was an associate for seven years until he became an overrettssakførar (a lawyer who had the right to bring cases to court) in Christiania.
As a Conservative MP, he sat in the Norwegian Parliament for Jarlsberg and Larvik twice, between 1886–91 and 1895-1901.
Michelet was awarded a number of honours, including the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Olav in 1901. He died in Christiania.
