Cape Mascart
Cape Mascart (66°38′S 67°41′W / 66.633°S 67.683°WCoordinates: 66°38′S 67°41′W / 66.633°S 67.683°W) is a cape forming the northern extremity of Adelaide Island, Antarctica. It was discovered by the Third French Antarctic Expedition, 1903–05, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, and named by him for French physicist Éleuthère Mascart, director of the Bureau Central Météorologique.
