Cape Astrup (64°43′S 63°11′W / 64.717°S 63.183°WCoordinates: 64°43′S 63°11′W / 64.717°S 63.183°W) is a bold, dark-colored bluff marking the north end of Wiencke Island, in the Palmer Archipelago. It was discovered by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition, 1897–99, and named by Adrien de Gerlache for Eivind Astrup, Norwegian Arctic explorer and member of Robert Peary's expeditions to Greenland in 1891–92 and 1893–95.
