"Can I Live?" is a hip-hop/R&B by Sisqó for his second studio album Return of Dragon. It is written and produced by Teddy Riley and Sisqó. "The Dragon Family" and R&B group LovHer appear on the track as guest vocalists. The song was a minor chart success in Germany, but failed to reach even the R&B/Hip-Hop top 70 in the U.S., despite the album itself going top 10 there.
Directed by Dave Meyers, the video takes place in an Oriental-inspired nightclub where Sisqó attracts a plethora of women with his dancing. Teddy Riley and Cuba Gooding, Jr. make cameo appearances in the video.
Sisqó performed the song live at the inaugural BET Awards in Las Vegas on June 19, 2001.
