Caerleon Comprehensive School (Welsh: Ysgol Gyfun Caerllion) is a state-run school situated in Caerleon on the outskirts of Newport, South Wales.

There are around 1600 pupils on roll, including around 400 Key Stage 5 students studying at the sixth form. All pupils are required to wear a uniform, including grey trousers or a knee-length skirt, a navy blue jumper, a navy blue blazer, a sky blue shirt and a maroon tie for boys or a pin badge girls. Sixth formers are distinguished through white shirts and full, maroon ties.

The school crest comprises a Roman eagle above the emblem of a fortress, a reference to Caerleon's Isca Augusta Roman fortress). This is underscored by the school's motto, 'Maximising Potential' as of September 2016. In 2011, an altered timetable to accommodate students studying sciences at the school but travelling from Newport was put in place.

At the point of last count the school accommodates 1,671 pupils, above the maximum capacity of 1,489.

The school's catchment area covers primary schools in Caerleon and Ponthir, along with Langstone Primary School, Usk Junior School and some students from central Newport schools.

According to a 2016 Estyn inspection, all students leaving at Key Stage 4 left with a recognized qualification. Department for Education performance tables reveal Caerleon Comprehensive's success record, with an average of 95% of pupils who took their GCSEs between 1998-2000 achieving five or more A to G grades, and 72% achieving five or more grades at A to C.
