Buddy goes West (Italian: Occhio alla penna, also known as A fist goes West) is a 1981 Spaghetti Western comedy film directed by Michele Lupo.
In the West a mysterious man who calls himself "Doc", arrives in a dusty town. Doc is a bandit who stole a city physician, and still has the briefcase, and this is exchanged by citizens for a doctor, who has to help sick children. While treats children, Doc discovers that the small town is a victim of the consequences of a criminal gang that bribed the sheriff. Doc immediately proclaims himself sheriff and hunts the bandits.
