Brodhead High School is a high school located in Brodhead, Wisconsin, Wisconsin. Brodhead High serves students from the Brodhead community. Its athletics teams are known as the Cardinals, and its mascot, Charlie, is a Cardinal.

Brodhead is a member of the Rock Valley Conference.

The Brodhead Cardinals are coached by Jim Matthys. The Brodhead Cardinals Combine with the Juda School District for football and wrestling. The Cardinals have earned 8 Conference Championships 18 Straight Playoff Appearances 4 – Level 2 Championships 3 – State Semi – Final Appearances 1 State Runner – Up .

The girls basketball team is coached by Brian Kammerer and the boys basketball team is coached by Nick Jarvis.basketball

The Brodhead Band is directed by Jason Reisterer. The band performs at the home football, basketball, and volleyball games. They also perform a series of concerts throughout the year.

Guys and Dolls is the Brodhead High School show choir. They are currently directed by Shaylae Szotkowski. The show choir competes in shows around the conference. The plan on going to New York in the spring of 2017 to perform.

Brodhead is a town of about three thousand residents Brodhead, Wisconsin. It has many parks and has a public swimming pool open in the summer. The little town of Brodhead also had the Sugar River running on the outside of it.

Brodhead High School was involved in controversy in late October 2016 over a safety drill on driving. The school made a public morning announcement during class that four students had died that morning in a car crash. Those students, who were alive, were not allowed to use their cell phones to inform their students that it was part of a drill. Later on, the school made a second announcement that the four students were alive and that this was a simulation drill. Additional announcements were made during the day on more students dying in crashes that did not exist.
