Bringing Up Buddy is an American sitcom which aired on CBS during the 1960–1961 season.

Frank Aletter plays the orphaned Buddy Flower, a bachelor , who is reared by his overprotective and meticulous aunts, Violet Flower (Enid Markey) and Iris Flower (Doro Merande).

Frank Albertson appeared in five episodes as Mr. Cooper; Grace Albertson appeared twice as Mrs. Cooper; and Irene Ryan appeared three times as Cynthia Boyle. Jimmy Hawkins appeared twice as Fennimore, and Yvonne Lime Fedderson appeared twice as Penny. Frank Aletter's wife Lee Meriwether appeared as Gloria Arnold in the episode "Buddy and the Amazon."

The program debuted on October 10, 1960, and finished its original episodes on June 28, 1961. It aired at 8:30 pm Eastern on Mondays between Pete and Gladys (starring Harry Morgan and Cara Williams) and The Danny Thomas Show. Its competition was ABC's new detective series Surfside 6 set in Miami, and Dale Robertson's Tales of Wells Fargo Western series on NBC. In the following season, CBS returned Robert Young to the 8:30 Monday timeslot in his Window on Main Street nostalgia comedy, which also failed to develop an audience.
