Bone Trouble (1940) is an animated short produced by Walt Disney, and directed by Jack Kinney. It stars Pluto and Butch the bulldog in the lead roles.
Pluto's dish is empty, and he is hungry. He goes after the bone in the dish of Butch the bulldog, who is sleeping next door. Though he succeeds in stealing the bone, Butch eventually wakes up. Soon they are chasing each other through a deserted carnival, into a hall of mirrors. Pluto takes advantage of one set of mirrors to successfully scare Butch off, and even gets to keep the bone.
