Bone Brothers was released after the dismissal of Bizzy Bone from the group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. The album is a collaboration between Bizzy Bone and Layzie Bone and features appearances by other members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony as well. "Hip Hop Baby" was the only single released from this album.
