Bob Kulp (born March 21, 1966 in Elkhart, Indiana) is an American businessman and elected official in the Wisconsin State Assembly.

From Stratford, Wisconsin, Kulp founded a roofing and sheet metal business in 1985 and has added energy efficient insulation and alternative energy companies including solar photovoltaic roofing and compressed natural gas. On November 19, 2013, he was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Republican. In his first run for political office, Kulp won the 69th Assembly District seat with 4,697 (67%) of the votes, beating Democrat Kenneth Slezak (1,677) and Independent Tim Swiggum (607). He was sworn in on December 4, 2013.

Kulp was re-elected on November 4, 2014 winning 14,071 votes (69%) defeating Democrat Norbert Salamonski who garnered 6,359 votes (31%).

Kulp was appointed Chairman of the Mining and Rural Development Committee in December 2014. He will also serve on the following committees: State Affairs and Government Operations, Labor, Workforce Development, and Jobs and the Economy. These committee appointments are for the 2015-2016 biennium.

The 69th District of Wisconsin comprises the municipalities of Marshfield, Neillsville, Loyal, Owen, Abbotsford, Colby, Unity, Spencer, Granton, Stratford, and Edgar, with a population of 57,000.

Kulp is a Vice President of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and is a past chairman of the NRCA Government Relations Committee and also serves as a board member serving on the US Small Business Association Regulatory Fairness Board.

Kulp's Of Stratford, LLC the company Kulp founded was awarded the Small Business of the Year by the Wausau Region Chamber in 2012 and projects the company has completed have been featured in numerous national trade publications.
