Bjarkøy Church (Norwegian: Bjarkøy kirke) is a parish church in the municipality of Harstad in Troms county, Norway. It is located in the village of Nergården on the island of Bjarkøya. The church is part of the Bjarkøy og Sandsøy parish in the Trondenes deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The white wooden church was originally built in 1766 on the island of Sandsøya. In 1866, the church was disassembled and moved to Nergården on the island of Bjarkøya. The church seats about 350 people.
