Bjørnskinn is a former municipality in the municipality of Andøy in Nordland county, Norway. The municipality encompassed the southern part of the present-day municipality of Andøy. It centered on the Risøysundet strait and the main villages were Bjørnskinn and Risøyhamn. The main church for the municipality was Bjørnskinn Church.
The village of Bjørnskinn lies along the southern part of the island of Andøya, about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) northwest of the village of Risøyhamn.
The municipality of Bjørnskinn was established on 1 January 1924 when the old municipality of Dverberg was split into three parts: Andenes (north), Dverberg (center), and Bjørnskinn (south). Initially, Bjørnskinn had a population of 1,410. On 1 January 1964, the three municipalities were reunited to form the new municipality of Andøy. Before the merger, Bjørnskinn had 1,835 inhabitants.
