Binura Fernando (born 12 July 1995) is a Sri Lankan first-class cricketer. He was part of Sri Lanka's squad for the 2014 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He was named in Sri Lanka's Twenty20 International squad for their series against Pakistan in July 2015. He made his T20I debut on 30 July 2015. He took his first international wicket by bowling Shahid Afridi.
