William Andrew "Bill" English (born April 8, 1980 in Rochester, New York) is an American actor. He is best known as playing the role of "Joel" in the ABC television series Cavemen.

English was raised Honeoye Falls, New York, a small village outside of Rochester, New York.

He is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts.

English achieved national attention for his comedic work in two major national TV commercial campaigns, for Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch and T-Mobile. In the advertisements for Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch he plays "Johnson," an oblivious, cereal-munching office worker who infuriates his boss ("Smith", played by Brennan Brown). In the first spot created for T-Mobile, entitled "Secret Lovers," he plays a duped boyfriend furious that his best friend has been bumped up to one of his girlfriend's "myFaves" favorite five callers.

English has performed on Broadway with Anne Heche and Alec Baldwin in 20th Century. In February 2012, he took over the lead role of Billy Crocker in the 2011 revival of Anything Goes.
