Beverley Owen (born Beverley Ogg; May 13, 1937) is a classically trained American actress perhaps most widely known for having played the original role of Marilyn Munster during the first season of The Munsters.

Owen received an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She was a student of Sanford Meisner.

Owen portrayed Marilyn Munster during the first season of The Munsters. However, she disliked the role and only accepted out of contractual obligations to Universal Studios (who produced the sitcom for CBS). Although she had signed a seven year contract, she sorely missed her boyfriend in New York and was so sad that Gwynne and Lewis persuaded the studio to let her go. After 13 episodes, Owen left the program and was replaced in the role by second portrayer Pat Priest.

She also appeared in the 1964 western Bullet for a Badman, opposite Audie Murphy. Beginning in 1971 she appeared for two years on Another World, after which she retired from television and chose to perform exclusively in live theatre. She has frequently appeared with the Cambridge Theatre Company at Hubbard Hall in Cambridge, New York.

Owen left her role on The Munsters to get married to writer and producer Jon Stone. They were married for ten years (1964–1974). She has two daughters, Polly and Kate. She continues to pursue her studies in Early American History, for which she earned a master's degree in 1989.
