On November 17, 2016, Epix renewed Berlin Station for a 10-episode second season set to air in 2017.
Epix announced a 10-episode straight-to-series order on May 21, 2015. Michaël Roskam will executive produce the series and direct the first two episodes. Olen Steinhauer will write and executive produce the series. Production started in Berlin in November 2015.
