PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk or Bentoel Group is an Indonesian second-largest tobacco company after Sampoerna. In June 17, 2009, British American Tobacco, the world's second-largest tobacco company, acquired an 87% stake in Bentoel. In early 2010, the company was merged with PT BAT Indonesia Tbk. Currently, the company logo uses the BAT identity standard.
