Benjamin Prichard's Tennessee Whiskey is a Tennessee whiskey produced in the community of Kelso, Tennessee. Though it is the only distillery operating in Lincoln County (and its unaged whiskey is named Lincoln County Lightning), Prichard's is not produced via the Lincoln County Process. Due to a special grandfathering exemption under a Tennessee law enacted in 2013, its Kelso plant is the only producer allowed to label its product as "Tennessee Whiskey" without using the process.

The Kelso distillery was opened in 1997, making it the first new legal distillery to open in the state since Prohibition was repealed. Prichard's second distillery opened May 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee, on Whites Creek Pike. As of 2012, Prichard's was the only Tennessee whiskey on the market distilled in pot stills. Prichard also markets a rye whiskey labeled Tennessee Rye Whiskey. All products are sold in glass 750ml bottles.

The whiskey brand is named after Benjamin Prichard, a man who the company says operated a distillery in Davidson County, Tennessee, in the early 1800s. The company's master distiller is Phil Prichard..
