Ben Morton (born 29 June 1981) is an Australian Federal Liberal Member of Parliament for the Division of Tangney, first elected on 2 July 2016.
He is the former State Director of the Liberal Party in Western Australia. Prior to entering Parliament Morton worked in the private sector for one of Australia’s largest home builders, BGC.
He grew up in NSW and after completing his University Degree at the Australian National University, returned to his hometown and stood for election as the Liberal Party Candidate in the safe Labor seat of Wyong, however he did not win in the state election.
Dennis Jensen ran as an independent in the 2016 election but lost to Morton.
