Bempton railway station serves the village of Bempton in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is located on the Yorkshire Coast Line and is operated by Northern who provide all passenger train services. It is located on the single track section between Hunmanby and Bridlington and is the nearest railway station to the RSPB nature reserve at Bempton Cliffs (1.5 miles (2.4 km) away to the east).
The station formerly had two platforms and a signal box (which supervise the now automated level crossing here), but the second platform has been disused since the Bridlington to Hunmanby section was singled in 1969.
The station is unmanned, with a basic shelter on the single platform and no ticket facilities (passengers must buy in advance or on the train). The station house is now in private ownership. Step-free access is available to the platform from the adjacent road.
Nine trains a day call at the station in each direction (Mon – Sat), with six trains each way calling on Sundays. Most southbound services to Hull continue beyond to Doncaster and Sheffield.
