Becker High School is a public high school in Becker, Minnesota. Becker High School enrolls grades 9-12 and has an enrollment of approximately 800 students. It is the only high school in located in Minnesota Public School District 726.
Other schools in the district are Becker Primary School, Becker Intermediate School, and Becker Middle School.
The Becker Bulldogs compete in the Granite Ridge Conference of the Minnesota State High School League. The teams are nicknamed the Bulldogs, their mascot is Busse the Bulldog and the school colors are Navy Blue, Columbia Blue, White. The Bulldog football team completed the 2005 season undefeated and won the Class AAA State Championship. The Bulldog football team also won the Class AAAA State Championship in 2014 and 2015. The Bulldog girls basketball team completed the 2006-2007 season with record of 31-1 and won the Class AAA State Championship.
As of September 27, 2010 Becker remained in the Mississippi 8 Conference for the 2011-2012 school year. Becker was the smallest school in a pool of very large outer ring of suburbs schools. In 2010 and 2011, Becker High School competed in the Mississippi 8 Conference, M8, consisting of 8 other central Minnesota schools. Becker is the second smallest school (Zimmerman being the smallest) in the Mississippi 8. Starting in 2011, the Mississippi 8 Conference changed to a seven school conference which left out Princeton and Zimmerman. Becker is now a member of the Granite Ridge Conference.
As of 2012, Becker High School has been competing in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC). The FRC Team 4607 - The Coalition of Independent Students (CIS) has been successful during its first two seasons qualifying for two MSHSL berths in its first two years. Their first year saw them winning the Minnesota State Championship, their second year saw them finishing as the Minnesota State Tournaments' Runners-up.
In its first season, Team 4607 CIS won the North Star Regional to confirm a bid to the FRC World Championships in St Louis, Missouri. CIS 4607 was also named 'Rookie All Star' at the North Star Regional and the team's Safety Captain won All-Star at the regional.
The team competed in the Second MSHSL Robotics Tournament where it competed against a field of 30 other teams at the Williams Arena. Team 4607 CIS won the State Tournament to give Becker its 3rd team State Championship in Becker School history.
