The beaches of Ostia, in the outskirts of Rome: a group of holiday makers go in the cabins of establishments. In the cabins intertwine various stories that have as their theme the condition of little provincial people of Rome, with its own strengths and weaknesses. At the end of the quiet day at sea, a terrible storm broke out, forcing all the villagers to run away.
