Batlhaping tribe

Batlhaping is one of the Tswana tribes which resides in South Africa & Botswana. Some Tlhapi tribes are found near Taung villages in the Northwest province.

"Tlhapi" means "Fish", and this is the tribe's totem. Breutz, P. L. (1959). The Tribes of Vryburg District. p. 164.
