Banu Hakam

Banu Hakam ,or Banu Al-Hakam in Arabic بنو الحكم known also as Al-Hakam Ibn Saad Alasheera الحكم بن سعد العشيرة is an Arabian Tribe. Al-Hakam had governed Jazan which was known as Mekhlaf Al-Suleimani in Arabic المخلاف السليماني in reference to Prince Suleiman bin Taraf Al-Hakami, who lived in the 2nd half of the 4th H.C.Jazan has gone through many phases in the Prophetic Era to the Power Age by the end of the Abbasid State.
