Baltazar Nicolai Garben (19 February 1794 – 21 April 1867) was a Norwegian architect and government minister. Garben was responsible for buildings at Fredriksten fortress and at Citadellet by Horten. As an army engineer, he was made Major General in 1851. He was temporarily appointed councillor of state in interim government in 1852, 1852–1853 and 1857.
