Bagir Manan (born 6 October 1941 in Kalibalangan, Lampung) has been chairman of the Indonesian Press Council during the terms 2010–2013 and 2013–2016. He previously served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Indonesia from 2001 to 2008. He is also professor of constitutional law at Padjadjaran University.
