BT Consumer is the main retail division of United Kingdom telecommunications company BT Group and was established alongside BT Business following a two-way split from former division, BT Retail. The division is responsible for selling consumer services including fixed-line, mobile, broadband and TV. It is the largest consumer fixed-line and broadband ISP in the UK.

BT Consumer is responsible for selling the following products to consumers. It buys many of these services from BT's other divisions: BT Wholesale, BT Global Services and Openreach.

BT Broadband is a standard broadband service provided by BT with speeds of up to 17mb and is available in three 12-month contract packages: Broadband + Weekend Calls, Broadband Plus and Unlimited Broadband + Weekend Calls.

BT Infinity is a fibre-optic broadband service provided by BT. Most homes get FTTC service at up to 40 Mbit/s broadband, those with FTTP will get up to 300 Mbit/s.

As of 2 February 2016, BT Infinity is available in three 12-month contract packages:

BT states their Infinity fibre broadband packages are up to five times faster than the UK's average standard broadband speed.

BT Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in the United Kingdom provided by BT Consumer; a division of BT Group that was launched in March 2015. It uses the EE network via an MVNO agreement signed in March 2014 as well as using the spectrum BT won in the 2013's 4G auction. EE is now owned by BT Group following a successful acquisition that was officially completed on 29 January 2016. BT Mobile operates alongside BT Business Mobile which is provided by the BT Business division. BT Mobile currently offers handsets and SIM-only plans and anyone living in a BT Broadband home are eligible for a £5 monthly discount on all BT Mobile plans - each account holder can have up to five discounted plans but there's no limit to the number of people in a house that can take up the offer.
