Arild Andersen (born 9 January 1972) is a Norwegian football defender.
He started his career in IL Sandviken; and later played for Fyllingen, Sogndal and FK Haugesund. With the three latter clubs he had spells in the Norwegian Premier League.
He has later been the head coach of Avaldsnes IL.
