Appan Samachar

Appan Samachar (English: Our News) is an Indian news program produced entirely by women. It is based in Muzaffarpur, India.

It was first aired in December 6, 2007 at Ramleela Gachhi near Deoria police station in Muzaffarpur. It broadcasts to about a hundred villages in Paroo, Sahebganj, Saraiya, Marwan, Kanti, and Mushahari.

It was founded by Santosh Sarang.
