Antonio Hayes (born December 9, 1977) is an American politician who represents the 40th legislative district in the Maryland House of Delegates.[1] Hayes is a member of the House Health and Government Operations Committee, Baltimore City Delegation and the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.[2]
Hayes was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Frostburg State University in 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in political science.
