Anthony Nwakaeme also known as Tony (born 21 March 1989 in Lagos), is a Nigerian footballer who plays as a Forward for Hapoel Be'er Sheva in Israeli Premier League.
Anthony Nwakaeme began his career in 2010 at Romanian club Arieșul Turda from Second Division, which was given on loan from Universitatea Cluj. He played 8 games and scored 5 goals.
In January 2011, He returned to Universitatea Cluj and his most productive season came in 2011–12, when he appeared in 28 matches and scored 7 goals.
In the 2012–13 season, he spent the first half at Petrolul Ploiești, And played only 3 games.
In February 2013, He returned to Universitatea Cluj and appeared in 10 matches and scored 2 goals.
On 13 August 2013 he signed to Hapoel Ra'anana. On August 31, scored the goal of his Israeli Premier League debut, a 1-1 draw against Hapoel Haifa.
