Annette Zilinskas

Annette Celia Genevieve Zilinskas (born November 6, 1962) is an American musician and singer of European ancestry, including Lithuania and Scandinavia, who was the original bass guitarist for The Bangles then later lead vocalist with Blood on the Saddle. She was also a member of Los Angeles band The Ringling Sisters (1990–1993) and an early member of Medicine.

A native of Southern California, she was born in Van Nuys and was recruited into The Bangs, which later became The Bangles, as bass guitarist. She played bass and harmonica on The Bangles' eponymously titled 5-track EP, but left the band to join Blood on the Saddle as lead singer before The Bangles' first album. After her departure, Michael Steele was found as a replacement by IRS Records.
