Anna Francisca de Bruyns (1604, in Morialmé – 1675, in Arras) was a Flemish Baroque painter.
She was the niece of architect Jacques Francquart, who probably taught her to paint. She was painting by the age of seventeen. She was claimed to have been better than all other women painters of her time.
She did some work for the Infanta Isabella Clara Eugenia. At some point between 1622 and 1629, when the couple set up house in Arras, she had married the Rotterdam writer Isaac Bullart. They had 12 children.
