Angola competed at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, Greece. The country was represented by four athletes -Angelo Londaca, Estefânia Pascoal, José Saiendo and José Armando Sayovo- who all competed in track and field.

Angola won its first ever Paralympic medals when José Armando Sayovo took three gold medals in the men's 100m, 200m and 400m sprints in the T11 disability category.
